Grand Opening of the First Nations University of Canada Daycare, Feb. 4, 2020

​The First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv) will host an Official Grand Opening of the pamināwasowin Child Care Centre, Regina Campus, 1 First Nations Way, on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. As part of the traditional protocols, a pipe ceremony is scheduled in the First Nations Veterans Ceremonial Tipi starting at 8:00 a.m.
The pamināwasowin Child Care Centre was designed and renovated to accommodate 90 spaces, ranging in age and groups for 12 infants, 25 Preschoolers and 53 Toddlers.

An evening with Canada’s most distinguished filmmaker, Alanis Obomsawin. Alanis will be speaking about her perspectives on the struggles of Aboriginal peoples in Canada.

Free Parking in Lot 12 and free entry.

Parking is provided for free in Lot 12
