Our unique Indigenous Education program at FNUniv promotes the nurturing and development of quality teachers who learn in non-Indigenous and Indigenous classrooms and communities with a special emphasis on developing Indigenous content and processes.
The Indigenous Education program offers a holistic cultural component, with a specific land-based education component integrated throughout the program. Students are well-prepared for teaching because they have school-based teaching experience every semester, including band school
