• Must be a responsible frequent user of the First Nations University of Canada Library.  
• Award will be given to the applicant with the highest GPA.  
• In the event of a tie, this award will be given to the student with the greatest number of credit hours completed. 

Must submit transcripts and a letter of reference from the Head Librarian at the First Nations University of Canada.
